After working on an ad-hoc and
joint venture basis with Retail Rep over several years, Brian Grabowski joined
the firm as Partner in 2008.
He focuses on retail tenant and
landlord representation, as well as spearheading the firm’s development efforts.
Brian continues work in investment
sales for selected clients.

Stan
Lisle
Stan Lisle started Retail Rep in October of 2000. The firm specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation. In April of 2010, Stan sold controlling interest in Retail Rep to his partner, Brian Grabowski. He remains involved with the business, but now resides in Florida.
Prior Experience
Stan Lisle joined The Shopping Center Group of the Carolinas in 1996, opening a Raleigh office for this Atlanta-based retail brokerage. He has primarily been involved in tenant representation of merchants including Costco, Office Depot, AC Moore, Walgreens, CVS/Pharmacy, Eckerds, Media Play, The Mattress Firm, Party City, Old Navy, and JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts. He has also been involved with landlord-side work, including the assemblage and re-zoning of a parcel in Cary, NC sold to Circuit City, the re-development of a 90,000 SF shopping center on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh, and representation of several developers, including Cousins Properties and Branch Properties.
Prior to joining The Shopping Center Group, Stan was with Capital Associates of Cary, NC and was involved in retail brokerage and development. He began his real estate career in 1985 with Trammell Crow Co. in Tampa, Florida, where he was a Marketing Principal, involved in power center and neighborhood center development and leasing.
Education
Stan received his Bachelor degree from The Ohio State University in 1971, with a major in psychology. He received his MBA from The Ohio State University in 1981, with a major concentration in real estate and finance.
Professional Affiliation
Stan is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned ICSC’s Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation. He holds real estate brokerage licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
